Describe the pathway of oxygen in the breathing system?

Answers

1.The respiratory system is the network of organs and tissues that help you breathe

2.the heart (cardiovascular), lungs (pulmonary), and arteries, veins, coronary and portal vessels (systemic)

3.Carbon dioxide is brought, through the blood, back to the heart and then to the lungs. Then it is released into the air during exhalation

1.The respiratory system is the network of organs and tissues that help you breathe. It includes your airways, lungs, and blood vessels. The muscles that power your lungs are also part of the respiratory system. These parts work together to move oxygen throughout the body and clean out waste gases like carbon dioxide.

2. The circulatory system consists of three independent systems that work together: the heart (cardiovascular), lungs (pulmonary), and arteries, veins, coronary and portal vessels (systemic). The system is responsible for the flow of blood, nutrients, oxygen and other gases, and as well as hormones to and from cells.

3.The primary function of the respiratory system is to take in oxygen and eliminate carbon dioxide. Inhaled oxygen enters the lungs and reaches the alveoli. Then the blood is pumped through the pulmonary artery to the lungs, where it picks up oxygen and releases carbon dioxide.

4.Blood enters the heart through two large veins, the inferior and superior vena cava, emptying oxygen-poor blood from the body into the right atrium. As the atrium contracts, blood flows from your right atrium into your right ventricle through the open tricuspid valve.

1. The primary function of the respiratory system is to take in oxygen and eliminate carbon dioxide. Inhaled oxygen enters the lungs and reaches the alveoli. Then the blood is pumped through the pulmonary artery to the lungs, where it picks up oxygen and releases carbon dioxide. ...

1. Oxygen enters the lungs, then passes through the alveoli and into the blood. The oxygen is carried around the body in blood vessels. Carbon dioxide moves into the blood capillaries and is brought to the lungs to be released into the air during exhalation.

2.If one part of the system fails to carry out its function properly, the air we breathe cannot go to the lungs the transferring of oxygen in the blood will be affected. If this happens, a person will most likely have a difficulty in breathing which may lead to other complications or even death.

Explanation:

2. In any system, if one part fails to carry out its function properly, the whole system will collapse.
1. B.circulatory
2. A.alveoli
3. D.where air is cleased,warmed and moistened
4. B.nose,nasal passage,tranchea,bronchi,bronchioles,alveoli
5. A.the lungs expand as air goes in
You inhale air into your nose or mouth, and to nassal passages for filtering and warming of the air. And it travels down into your windpipe, or trachea then to the bronchia tubes pass through the lungs which divided into smaller air passages called bronchioles. The bronchioles end in tiny balloon-like air sacs called alveoli. :)
It is a part of a body that is verry important to all of us
