Which of the following is most suitable for warm-up exercises?


You need to do sit and reach and also you need to do Sit-Ups. This is my opinion.
Stretching, jumping jack, arm circle, twist your upper body, squats walking
Running if you wanna start exercising do the basics
Head rotation, hip rotation, jumping jack, sit ups, push ups, jumping rope, dancing, or playing
Static stretching and Dynamic stretching.
